Bird has been seen on ground several times now. When going to grab bird initially did not try to move away. when the bird did move, he kind of ran/skipped away with wings flapping but could not fly. The bird did land on the small angled perch halfway through the enclosure. Moved to R36 where there is a ramp to the perch and is much smaller Will continue to monitor for perching/flying.
